Executive – Sales & Marketing
Kobe Trading UK Limited is looking for a motivated and confident Executive – Sales & Marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support vehicle sales, customer communication, digital marketing activities, lead follow-up, and day-to-day promotional tasks for our car dealership.
The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle enquiries, sharing product details, maintaining customer relationships, supporting online and offline marketing campaigns, and helping the sales team achieve business targets. This role is suitable for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and showroom visits.
- Handle vehicle enquiries and provide accurate information about available stock.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support social media marketing and promotional activities.
- Assist in creating sales leads and converting enquiries into customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and update sales information regularly.
- Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of cars or interest in the automotive industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Basic computer and social media knowledge.
